- JGJody GAug 13, 20262.0I randomly decided to add the Dunkin app and placed an order this morning for pickup. I ordered a protein pink pineapple drink and avocado toast. I was 30 min late as I was stuck at the vet that took longer than expected. In any case, I pulled around to the pickup window as I didn't realize the window right past Domino's was the ordering window and it was too late to go back. As I was telling the person at the pickup that I had an order through the app, the other employee ran out the front door out in front of my car and told me that I drove past her window and needed to drive back around. I just gave her a wave and kept talking to the lady in the window. She just grabbed my order and handed it to me and didn't really say a word. I asked if I did something wrong and by that point the other lady was back inside standing next to her. The whole thing just made me feel dumb and honestly not like returning to this location. The drink and food were fine and would go to other Dunkins but unfortunately this was not a good experience in Clinton. I should also add there was no one else in the drive-through or even inside from what I could see.

The staff at this location are consistently rude, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident based on the other reviews. The employee taking orders through the drive-thru speaker is often yelling at customers, then goes silent for long periods without responding. When you finally get to the window, you're treated like you're a huge inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The last time I visited, I asked to speak with the manager about my concerns. Instead of listening, the manager and staff told me I was the problem, laughed at me, and then shut the drive-thru window in my face. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. I'm currently reporting this experience to Dunkin' corporate because customers should never be treated this way. If this is the kind of behavior Dunkin' is willing to accept from its managers and staff, I won't be returning to this location, and it makes me question whether I'll visit any Dunkin' locations in the future. I hope corporate addresses these issues so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
