  Ordered to dine in , while in town... woman at front was nice, but very soft spoken, and was getting annoyed by my deaf wife not being able to hear her order and her asking multiple questions... the date is May 6th... while waiting no one was in the dining area, we sat down, the Christmas music was blaring!!! While we ordered it asked about the music and she didn't answer... it was so obnoxious when our order came up, we were just gonna leave, our order came up in a to go bag anyways, I think this was their intention all along. Food was fine, we left and ate at the hotel..

  I need to share the very pleasant moment I experienced recently in this store. It was 10 minutes to midnight and I was sure I would receive terrible service because in the country where I live, Brazil, service at the end of the workday is usually awful, but that wasn't the case in this store. As soon as I entered, the woman who was cleaning the floor asked me if I was picking up an order or placing one. I said I wanted to order, so she called another woman who quickly came to take my order and was very friendly. While I waited, I felt like having a brownie, since we don't have that kind of dessert in my country, so another young man came to take my order and was also very polite. I was only in the store for 5 minutes, but I had an excellent experience that I will take back to Brazil when I return from my trip, since I came to Iowa for my niece's wedding. God bless every employee of this store, bless the manager and the owners. And please continue like this, the world thanks you and the customers return happy.

  Order a 15 piece traditional only got 13 pieces. Ordered a 10 piece and only got 7. they were burnt and dry and barely any meat. Can’t believe this place is in business. I took pics but don’t know how to post them.

  Don’t eat here, horrible customer service! Ordered a take-out combo of wings + fries. When I got home and opened the bag, no fries. Tried calling, but the phones at this location seem to not be working (kept getting an automated voice that they were having technical difficulties). I just had to drive all the way back, in the middle of a thunderstorm with pouring rain, to come in and let them know that they forgot the fries that I paid for in my order. The worst part? No apology from staff, and they offered nothing to make it right (other than giving me the fried that I had already paid for). They barely talked to me, and I received smug looks from two of the staff members during this experience as well. I was almost tempted to just ask for a refund and give them back the food. Now I’m left wet from the rain and with cold wings, thanks to this situation. I’ll never be coming back to this location, and I recommend no one else does, either. Ridiculous experience. UPDATE: Upon inspecting the wings, 5 of them don’t even have any sauce on them when it should have been Mild sauce. Staff here seems unable to complete an order correctly. An official complaint will be filed with corporate.
