  I am writing to complain about an experience i had at your blairsforest way location. I normally through the years have never had issues with this location. However, I ordered a stuff crust 2 topping pizza , family breadsticks, and personal pan pizza. The order when I arrived was incorrectly done. They asked if they could remake it and if I could wait. I said I couldn't and wanted a credit for next time being it was almost 11pm. So when I called back today only a few days later from original order Kara stated I only had a $5 and some change credit. I asked if she could just remake the order that obviously they got wrong and the manager on duty put the wrong credit amount in. She said as a shift line lead she could not. It was above her station. Then she put me on hold to call her GM AJ and supposedly she told her the same and I needed to wait until the manager Jeremy who was working that night came in. When I asked for her manager phone number she started off at the mouth and told me she would say the same. Then when I asked for corporate number or someone else she hung up on me. I had to call edgewood rd and talk to Melissa just to get this email or any info. I very much appreciate Melissa for not only being very friendly and courteous but for actually remaking my order and making sure it was correct. My original order on PP was wrong for sauce, the stuff crust had very little to no sauce, and my bedrock were hard. Melissa was amazing. Just for the record I used to work for the company a few different times. I was also shift manager and an assy. Manager so as far as policy and making sure the customer is taken care of I know what to do. Plus unless they are being volatile there is no reason to hang up on a customer. I would like to see something done about Kara. That is not the first time she has had an attitude on the phone and in person. I will not order my food from that location anymore. I would rather drive 7 miles out of my way than to deal with that kind of disrespect.

  Ordered online estimated time was 8 minutes and my order was already done They were on it and fast

  They forgot my garlic sauce dip and the kid on the phone did not seem to care at all lol also the food is just mediocre not a good experience next time I will just try something different I think

  I initially had a disappointing experience, but I really appreciate how Angie the manager handled the situation. She listened to my concerns, responded professionally, and worked quickly to make things right. While the original issue was frustrating, the excellent customer service and willingness to resolve it made a big difference. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously and turning the experience around.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude. Completely ignored us while helping other customers then finally helped us and didn't even apologize or anything. I've never received this bad of service.
