  I did a pick up order, and my order was completely wrong. I went in to address the issue with my order which I came across an employee Armani. He was very understanding, helpful, and made sure all of my items are correct and fresh. Normally when I have issues with my order, they give me attitude and being ignored. This time was very different They need more employees like him. Way to go!

  First I want to start off saying that I HATE the new look. No menu board, nobody greeting you with a smile, dry UGLY corporate look. Computers do not replace hospitality and human interaction! Secondly it took 20 mins to get our order! Then 2 different orders after ours same thing! One of those orders was a man who was told to pull ahead and he waited so long he came inside and they had no idea where his order even was! They asked him multiple times what he ordered. The other gentleman started hollering through the pick up window that it's fast food. Where's his food!? Said he waited 13 mins! You have to holler through the hole in the wall because no employees are in sight. Nobody at the counter like I mentioned previously. This place in ridiculous!

  Rude staff and slow service. One alone can be tolerated, but to have both is unacceptable. It is in a concentrated area so it is to be expected to have slower service, but there have been instances where it's not as busy and they're still trotting along as if we all have the time they do.

  I do not recommend this McDonalds, especially if you are on a short lunch break or are in a hurry. It took them 17 minutes to complete my very small order. Also, if you are a dine-in guest, expect to hear constant screaming from the manager in the kitchen. It is not a comfortable lobby, especially with all of the noise and chaos. Yelling and screaming at your employees obviously doesn't make the orders come out any faster.

  I ordered a large, ended up with a medium drink BUT the fries were a large?? I ordered the 2 plain cheese burger meal, one burger was just meat and cheese like i asked for and the other had EVERYTHING on it… then they took the burger back after we had already left and we had already made contact with the burger they then proceeded put in a new wrapper
