  No drink station 20 min for a kids meal fries cold nuggets sucked too busy to even ask for a refill on drink never returning to this location

  Just stopped for some lunch and all we got was major attitude.. waited almost 30 minutes for our food along with all the other guest in the lobby.. when our good was given to us ut was just thrown in the bag sandwiches sideways fries dumped all over the bag.. what is wrong with u people. I work in customer service and I would never have treated people the way I saw people being treated.. or idk maybe a I apologize for the wait but of course instead we got bad looks and attitude. Im completely done with McDonald's every one in cedar rapids is just unbelievable waste of money and time.

  Ordered dinner for the family, a total of 3 adults and 2 kids. One kids meal was the cheeseburger and I specifically in the app ordered it without everything but the cheese, burger, and the buns. When we finally got it, there was all of that on the burger. Would have given more stars if the staff could make sure orders are made the way that the customer is paying for them! And worse, when we ordered curbside, put the number of the stop we were in, and got the message "your order will be out to you soon!" We figured we were good to go and wait for our food to come to us. Not quite, my partner had to go in and tell the staff at the front we had been waiting for 20 minutes for our food and as a response he received, "Well I just got here." It would be nice if the staff would pay more attention to how they come off to customers when they speak and taking care of orders correctly.

  This is by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Food was terrible. Fries tasted like they sat in a bag over night. Big Mac had so much Mac sauce that when I picked it up to eat it EVERYTHING fell onto the table. The cheese burgers we ordered were all made incorrectly. All beverages were wrong. When we asked for it to be corrected the employee was not very nice and blamed us for the mix up. The new beverages came it was still wrong. I had to wash my own table. Every table in the restaurant was filthy with food and sticky. Floor was also sticky with bugs crawling across it. There were several student age costumers hanging out inside being very loud and disruptive. I will spread the word about this location and will probably never eat at a Mac Donald’s again.

  This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was horrible with teenage kids screaming and using racial slurs at us. Our order was wrong and when I told the server it was wrong she immediately got a nasty attitude with me. I told her to forget it just so we could get out of there. The fries were old as well. The tables were covered in food. I will never be back.
