  Second order and they did a mistake again..I think they don't pay attention to the orders ..first time missing hotcakes and the hasbrown was cold, second order missing biscuit.. very bad service

  Ive been here 3 times in total. Twice were drive-thru and the last was dine-in. The food has been fresh and on point every time, but there's been an issue with every order as well. My biggest piece of advise if you chose to stop here is to make sure you have ample time to check your order and any issues fixed. Ive have 2 cases of something missing from my order and I case of a sandwich being made wrong.

  Ordered through drive through at 2 pm. Sterling pounder n cheeseburger fries. Both sandwiches the buns were hard as rocks on the edges like it was day old. Fries were cold. Not going back.

  Why did it take 45 mins when we had 2 cars in front of us? Those cars were also there before we even showed up. Fast food shouldn't take 45 mins from order to us getting it. Especially when you aren't busy at all.

  Placed order for pickup thru the app, accidentally set it as drive-thru when I was picking up at counter. Notified the shift manager, she told me my payment didn't go through even though it was already confirmed paid for and gave me pickup instructions. She still charged me a second time for my food, and when I could finally confirm the original payment had gone through, of course it had - so I was double charged for my order. Always issues with this location, seriously need better staff.
