- LKLinda KulaMay 1, 20261.0Ordered a double quarter pounder,which I've never done before. For starters,it was cold and the meat over cooked. There was nothing between the 2 pieces of meat. Very little cheese,onions, or ketchup. Just a pile of pickles. Waiting for your order takes way too long. Other times,have pulled through drive in to get a tall beverage or Frappe. No one at window asked for my order. Began talking to microphone. Finally someone came and took my drink order. Had to pull in "wait parking" for over 10 min.to get my drink. Not acceptable.

Need more personnel at counter to take orders. People are walking out the door because hard to order. Not enough seating. Experience was terrible.

They ruined the place by the remodel, self order, no more drink machine etc. Tables dirty, floor dirty, watched a guy empty trash bin and put the trash bags on the table-no-no-no, then never came back to clean table. Trash bins are a joke, not user friendly. Who ever designed this location should be fired ! On a good note the food was excellent 👌
