  Absolute trash. Gave me half my order, so I called the complaint line while at work since I couldn't go back. They told me the franchise owner would call (didn't happen). Then when trying to fill out the online complaint, you can't copy the long order number on the form. It gives the option to upload, but that just cleared the form so I had to do it again and waste more time. Terrible experience overall. Probably just going to report it to my bank and get my money back since handling this in a civil manner has just resulted in multiple wasted attempts. Update: They've ignored the form submission and their solution was to let the franchise owner call me (which is very clear they ignore these ). I'm now reporting it as a fraud case with the bank and since they've already forced me to do all this work, I might as well report it to the BBB. All because these idiots can't just refund it or offer to compensate/make sure I even get the remainder of what was paid for. I also noticed they remove comments on their social media that complain of the experience. Never ordering here again and am deleting my app.

  Good food, clean kitchen, and fast service. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but its worth it. Besides, its a franchise. 🤷‍♂️ You could make a sandwich like this at home, but do you really want to?

  I went into this Jimmy Jones location about a week ago.As soon as I got to the register to order my sub, one of the girls behind the counter said they weren't gonna be doing any more giants subs because they were running low on bread. I told her I was still going to pay for the whole thing, so could i just get a giant and she refused, okay....So I got 2 of the 8 inch subs. Yesterday I went in again. I asked the guy at the register if they were doing giant subs, same girl behind the counter looked at me and said , "we aren't doing giants starting now" with a nasty attitude. 😤 i asked for her name to discuss the situation with manager and she refused. Same thing happened to my sister with the same girl. I didn't believe her. But wow. Never will I go here again. 0 to 10.....0
