  I wrote on their website that they toasted one of my sandwiches when I didn’t want it toasted. A nice higher-up lady gave me a free sandwich coupon. When I went to redeem it, the guy at the drive through window asked my name, I said Leo, and he said “Jim?” then he told me to pull up. I pulled up and he asked my name again, I said “Leo” he said “Jim?”, I said “Leo” he said “John?”. I said “Leo” and he said what, and that repeated itself 4 times before he walked away and another dude working there handed me the food. I’m in disbelief man. All I did was say you toasted my sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted, I don’t like wilted lettuce man that’s it.

  Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Got up to the window to pay and no one showed up to take my money. I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. Left. Terrible service.

  Wanted a quick lunch but ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a sandwich as did many others in line. Food was fine but far from Freaky Fast. Waiting that long for a sandwich is completely unacceptable.

  We sat for 30 minutes waiting on 2 sandwiches. They will always take DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery orders over making in store orders. Don’t waste your time or your money at this location.

  Nice Employees appear to be happy to be there. Food was great and made quickly.
