    We don't usually go to this location but we're on that side of town last Wednesday over lunch. Told the cashier we had points we wanted to use and she said sure and had me enter my phone number on the pad. Rang us up and gave us the total without applying points so we reminded her we had points we wanted to use. She says "we can't do that at the register. Tou needed to order thru the app". We questioned it because other stores have let us do it and we literally just told her we had points we wanted to redeem. She basically called us liars and told us that it's not possible. She was very rude and I wish we would have just walked out and gone to Pancheros but we were in a hurry. Ill stick to the JJ at the Fountains.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not be back to this location! Went in and staff was huddled together and looked annoyed that I was breaking up their conversation. I asked for a lil John club and was told they cant do that, it would have to be a #11. I told them that was fine (even though I didn't want that big of a sandwich). I just wanted cold meat and cheese on a toasted sub with no lettuce or tomato. I left with my sandwich after a rude confrontation with the girl who handed it to me. I realized that the sandwich wasn't toasted and had lettuce and tomato on it. I went back to have them remake it. They remade it and melted the whole sandwich. The sandwich wasn't toasted, just melted. I told them I just wanted the bread toasted and the meat cold. They told me that they couldn't do that. You mean to tell me that you can not just put the bread in the toaster then add the meat/cheese to it? I left with an $11 sandwich that I'm not going to eat. To say that I am angry is an understatement. At least if they would have had good customer service, it would have made the experience better. I hope they all get fired and get staff that cares about their customers.

    I wrote on their website that they toasted one of my sandwiches when I didn’t want it toasted. A nice higher-up lady gave me a free sandwich coupon. When I went to redeem it, the guy at the drive through window asked my name, I said Leo, and he said “Jim?” then he told me to pull up. I pulled up and he asked my name again, I said “Leo” he said “Jim?”, I said “Leo” he said “John?”. I said “Leo” and he said what, and that repeated itself 4 times before he walked away and another dude working there handed me the food. I’m in disbelief man. All I did was say you toasted my sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted, I don’t like wilted lettuce man that’s it.

    Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Got up to the window to pay and no one showed up to take my money. I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. Left. Terrible service.
