  Hey, if you don’t wanna work, don’t work stop taking people’s money In giving people horrible food the sandwich I got tonight was absolutely horrendous. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I should’ve took a picture of it, but I threw it in the trash instead because I was So mad literally a sandwich full of swap do better Jimmy John’s. This is like literally the fifth time of having bad service with you guys. Totally unacceptable..

  So bummed with the Thai Chicken wrap at this location. I am not a big Jimmy Johns fan, but earlier this week a friend got me the Thai Chicken wrap at the North Liberty location. It was delicious. So good I decided to get one tonight. This experience was totally different. The wrap was tiny(considering it was 10.00). There was maybe a drip or 2 of sauce, dry, and I said No onion and got onions. I disappointing experience.

  Food was usual Jimmy John’s quality but will not come back to this location. Used the app and ordered ahead and still had to stand in line for 10 minutes at the store because they must hold your food hostage until you sign the tip receipt which you can leave a tip on the app. Never have I ever had to do this at a Jimmy John’s, when your food is ready it’s on a pickup shelf near the counter you order ahead, grab and go.

  Love the free smells. Goes to show food is of good quality. And very much worth the money. Fresh. Great taste. Staff seemed to enjoy being there working not one bad attitude. Impressed
