- NBnunya businessMay 6, 20261.0Called ahead to inform that I only had a $100 bill so the driver could be prepared. I was informed they don't accept $100 bills. The past four times I have ordered it was never an issue as I called ahead to let them know. I asked to speak to a manager named Tony and he couldn't even find my order. He repeated that they don't take a $100 bills. I then told him that it hadn't been an issue the past four times. He refused to accommodate me as well as give me his regional managers name and contact info after me asking for it multiple times. I said you're making this harder than it needs to be. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with this customer service. Each time I've ordered whether it be a drink left off the order or missing sauces, they need to do better. Papa John's is where I'm headed now.
