  I brought my sons into this location, and I was not able to stay in with them due to a hurt leg, so I went back to the car. It was pretty busy. I had my son get me a Lemonade Strawberry Chiller in which I’ve had many times before. When he came to the car with it, it didn’t look the way I’m used to it looking. It was very watery, and a thick amount of the strawberries and syrup in it. No slush whatsoever. I asked him to take it back in and ask if they can remake it because it does not look made correctly, and it did not taste right. When he went back in, he said that they told him that it’s supposed to look that way, and just went on about their business as if he was not standing there. He said, he then asked if it can be remade because I’m not going to drink that. He said they just ignored him. When he brought it back out to the car and advised of what had occurred, I told him to just throw it in the garbage. I just felt like that was bad service especially if someone tells you they’ve had it multiple times and it’s never looked or tasted like that. I don’t know if it was because he was young (12) that he was ignored or not taken seriously, or because of him being of darker persuasion. It was money wasted. Customer service needs to be worked on.

  This is a real good one. A must stop on a warm day when your thinking ice cream treats. Great quantity and quality of ice cream served by a top notch staff member...and the place is clean.
