    Over priced. $41 dollars for two hamburger meals. Yes we asked for large but still $41! We went to Freddie's instead and order everything large plus got some tater tots. $28.

    Just sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes to get my food order taken. Took her forever to figure out how to put my order in the cash register repeated it back to me at least five times. Then after I paid made me pull up and wait for my food. After 15 minutes of waiting went back inside and got my money back never did get my food. Every time I go there the service gets worse

    We came through the drive thru at 1240 pm wanted the Choco frosted doughnut with chocolate ice cream but u were out of chocolate so settled on vanilla my significant other ordered the new York cheesecake the problem wasn't till we got to the window as a manager I'd want to know if my staff acted this way they simply handed a cup with a spoon and napkin no explanation of what we were being handed not once but twice with 2 blizzards

    Went through the drive through twice. The menu severely needs to be updated as I noticed it does not match the one inside. I had to wait 30+ minutes for my food and received no napkins and my toast was not cut. Second time was faster, but still received the same two issues along with getting the wrong sauce for my tenders.

    I ordered a chili cheese dog with everything as a meal and waited at the window for 10 minutes. When someone finally came to the window they were holding an ice cream cone and telling me a total. I was very clearly forgotten about and didn’t receive what I ordered- a CCD with everything on it. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning. I’ll take the extra 6 minutes and drive to the other one which is incredibly inconvenient as I live 2 minutes from this location.
