- AGAbby GutierrezOct 5, 20261.0The most disgusting chipotle I’ve ever been to. The counters, tables, and floors were covered in food and messes. The kitchen was also a disaster. The employee did not know how to wrap a burrito or make a quesadilla. He had to double wrap the burrito because he put a hole in it and even then the quality of the wrapping was poor. They didn’t have containers for tacos or quesadillas so they had to put everything in a bowl. The customer service and cleanliness was below subpar. Do not recommend.

Today I ordered a chicken bowl. An average spoon on brown rice but small compared to other locations. I got half a spoon of black beans and below average chicken. I will drive an extra 5 miles to the location on Collins Rd in the future.

Are you guys purposefully trying to lose customers. I work as a firefighter paramedic and Im also a veteran. Is this how you treat everyone? Why is this location or company like this. Also, I don’t think they give this little bit of food to everyone. I wonder if i get these baby proportions because Im white?

I understand that I was a bit too far away from the window to grab the food but they sounded a bit condescending when I got out to grab the food. Around 2 am I had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Safe to say I got food poisoning here with the constant bathroom trips. I ordered the cilantro and lime chicken, the cilantro sauce and lettuce in my bowl. I’m assuming it was probably one of those items that caused it.
