  DON'T BOTHER! I've left with food only 1 time in my last 3 visits. Nothing is fresh and they're always out of half the ingredients that go in a burrito. I've already been waiting 10 minutes in line behind only 2 people and now if i want rice and veggies i have to wait another's 10-15 minutes......However, the employees have time to wander and chat. Maybe get your employees to ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE FOOD THEY SERVE and have it ready at 1 in the afternoon. I own a bar and grill and it's beyond clear that these owners don't care whatsoever. Just read the reviews to learn all you need to know. Rio Burritos is only a couple blocks up the street. Locally owned with owners that actually care. Don't waste your time and money here

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a long time and it has never been great but I kept coming back because every once in a while it would be decent. The last several times have been terrible and tonight was the last straw. The guy behind the counter was dishing out portions like it was coming directly out of his paycheck. Also not friendly at all. And then after all that it’s $30 for 2 freakin burritos bowls. Absolute robbery. Bye Chipotle! Will never be back.

  Made it ridiculously difficult to get the free chips and queso on May 5th. Employees had no idea what I was talking about and no one cared to help out either. Solution I got was to place an online order even though I’m standing there getting my food. Thought they’d be willing to help out more, pretty disappointing.

  Put in a mobile order and dined in, I knew this would happen because of previous experiences. Portion size was laughable, almost about 4 oz for a bowl, I complained and asked for a remake. They made me another one but after giving it to me the manager argued with me in the dining area about their “measurements”. The food didn’t even fill past the edge of the bowl. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m sick of paying $13 for a bowl that can be picked up by the wind and poor food quality.

  I stood in line. You made my Burrito. I wanted to pay, you said "not taking cash right now." I did not have a credit/debit card on me. Lady manager sitting at table 2 inches behind me offered no sort of solution- THAT BURRITO PROBABLY GOT THROWN AWAY AND THATS A HUGE WASTE!!! I had a 20 dollar bill and I would have been up for either buying more and leaving you with the change or over paying just so i could have eaten something healthy/ which is my only reason for eating here. Had the manager been paying attention, i think we could have figured something out to get that Burrito in my hand and money in your register. Next time, let people know ahead of time if your not taking cash, put a note at the beginning of the line and on the front door. Im not happy about loosing that Burrito over management being clueless.
