Our experience from start to finish was Outstanding. The counter person, Nathan was very personable, friendly, and engaging. The way he interacted with us was something we have nit experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. He exemplified service, a can do attitude and a desire to nsje sure our order was right. We knew our food was going to taste great, it did. This young is a great representative of your restaurant.

Everyone makes mistakes, and a wrong order once or twice wouldn’t have prompted this review. The issue is the consistent pattern and the lack of accountability when concerns are brought up. On my most recent visit, I attempted to ask about a previous order issue. I approached the conversation respectfully and simply wanted clarification. Instead of helping or finding someone who could answer my questions, I was told, “I didn’t take your order, so I don’t know what’s wrong.” A simple acknowledgment, apology, or offer to get a manager would have gone a long way. What was especially disappointing was that a manager came over during the interaction and checked on the employee rather than addressing me directly or asking if there was anything they could help with. At this point, I shouldn’t feel like I have to drive across town to a different Chick-fil-A location just to have confidence that my order will be correct and that any concerns will be handled professionally. Convenience is one of the reasons people choose a location, and unfortunately this location has not provided a level of service that makes me feel comfortable returning. What concerns me most is the lack of kindness and accountability. Customer service is about more than getting an order right every time—it’s about how issues are handled when mistakes do happen. I addressed the situation with patience and kindness, and I expected the same level of courtesy in return. Instead, I left feeling dismissed. Of the Chick-fil-A locations in town, this one has consistently provided the poorest experience in terms of order accuracy, communication, and customer service. At this point, it’s not about one mistake—it’s about a repeated pattern over multiple visits. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because these issues have been consistent enough that I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere.

It was during the typical lunch rush, and I had a relatively large order, but all the employees were friendly, professional and fast. I especially want to give some love to the people working in the kitchen. When there’s a lot of customers and there’s a ton of orders, it’s them working hard to get the food out to us as fast as possible. Even down to the person washing dishes, they all have a spacial role working together to serve the customers around the clock. My food was hot, and even when I ordered multiple large fries and a lot of chicken for my family, everything came out hot and fresh really quickly. Good work Chick-fil-A!
