  Best bagels in the Midwest—Marlee, Bri, Ashley and Mike always greet customers with a smile and welcome comments. Father’s Day was especially busy and I witnessed a man who was having a meltdown because he couldn’t get his bagels as soon as he walked in the store. The staff did their best all while smiling and speaking kindly even though they were short on help. That one bad apple should have stayed home.

  Came in to order food and got told by this "amazing"employee who is sitting on her butt literally not helping anyone at all, its going to be a 15-20 min wait and she wouldnt be mad if we walked out. What great customer service telling us and all the customers after us its okay to walk out. Maybe if the managers made her get up and help on the table and stopped hiring employees who welcome their customers with a "its okay to walk out greeting" the store might run a little better. All while she's sitting steadily on her phone. Highly disgusted this was a new try and last time I will ever come here.

  Super friendly staff and manager Apollo was amazing gave my boyfriend a free sandwich card for the wait which was so nice of him to do! Our bagel sandwiches tasted great and were fresh!

  I went for a bagel breakfast sandwich & latte. When ordering wasn't asked hot or cold latte, assumed it was hot. It was cold, they only had regular because espresso machine wasn't working. That's fine, I drank it. The bagel sandwich was awesome. I decided to go back today because that sandwich was so good. Today I asked for the cold latte & sandwich. I stood forever waiting for my drink after receiving my sandwich. She finally asked if I ordered a hot coffee & tried to give me a glass. I told her no, cold. She ignored me until I asked for my drink. She proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do a cold latte, so she made me a coffee with flavoring. I didn't want vanilla hazelnut coffee, she said she rang me up for a hot coffee. She didn't say anything while ringing my order up when I asked for cold, she even asked if I wanted hot or cold. Plus I asked for avocado, she said sure....no avocado on my sandwich. This sandwich wasn't as good as the first one I had. Coming back for a visit after moving out of state...I used to love this place. Disappointed after today!!
