- DCDenise CApr 10, 20262.0I went for a bagel breakfast sandwich & latte. When ordering wasn't asked hot or cold latte, assumed it was hot. It was cold, they only had regular because espresso machine wasn't working. That's fine, I drank it. The bagel sandwich was awesome. I decided to go back today because that sandwich was so good. Today I asked for the cold latte & sandwich. I stood forever waiting for my drink after receiving my sandwich. She finally asked if I ordered a hot coffee & tried to give me a glass. I told her no, cold. She ignored me until I asked for my drink. She proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do a cold latte, so she made me a coffee with flavoring. I didn't want vanilla hazelnut coffee, she said she rang me up for a hot coffee. She didn't say anything while ringing my order up when I asked for cold, she even asked if I wanted hot or cold. Plus I asked for avocado, she said sure....no avocado on my sandwich. This sandwich wasn't as good as the first one I had. Coming back for a visit after moving out of state...I used to love this place. Disappointed after today!!
