  The older black lady working the drive through window, has ZERO customer service skills. I drove up and she just looked at me, with her hand held out for my card. No, hello, your total is $$.. She said nothing. IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE WORKING THERE, then maybe she should make better life choices. Learn your job and do it well, or leave, so someone else with skills to do it.

  For only having 1 maybe 2 employee2 tonight. Your store did amazing. Thank you for the great service. Arbys give this night crew a raise. Your crew tonight are the only reason your getting any 5 stars at all from me. You really need to do better with your staffing tho.

  I'm sorry to do this, but I have to say something. I took my mom and kids through the drive thru at this location i believe on Monday. They gave us the wrong sandwich (no big deal), so I went inside to get the correct sandwich. While I was waiting, the woman who was getting it ready started being SO RUDE to her coworker (I think the lady that was being yelled at name was Janet). She was yelling so loud about the mistake she made (it really wasn't a big deal), then told her, "You really need to stop talking to me while I'm talking to customers." I grabbed my food, and before I could get into my car, I saw the lady who was being yelled at get into her own vehicle. I'm assuming she was either fired or quit (I would've quit, too, if someone talked to me like that over a stupid sandwich). I'm not sure what the rude lady's name was, but I can't just sit back and watch that happen to someone without speaking up.
