This place is constantly slow, they serve people ahead of you all the time without any care of the rest of the line.

I am a common 7 brew customer but normally go to the other location. I quickly stopped at this location. There was only one other car and I sat in the line after ordering for 5 minutes because they were standing at the car, talking. Another employee had to ask the employee talking to hurry up. It was incredibly rude. They could have pulled up and talked if it was that important. That car had all of their drinks and mine was sitting there ready the entire time.

Brunette blended was pretty good. Could not find prices on the Google Maps menu photo or on the website. Also did not see a menu in the Cedar Rapids drive through so could be way more upfront about the prices when ordering. For example Med Brunette blended at the CR location is roughly $6 depending on tip.

I went to this 7 brew on Saturday and ordered 4 drinks for my friends and I. When I ordered, she had me pay there and told me I was good. Then I got up to where my drinks were, she told me I had to pay again. I told her the charge went through my bank on my end but she told me it didn’t go through on there’s and said to pay again and if the charge went through to come back within the WEEK and they’d give me a refund. So I used my debit card again, it declined so then I used my credit card and it went through. BOTH charges went through on Monday, so I went back today, Tuesday to talk to someone to get my refund. She asked for my order number, I gave her the receipt, and she went into the stand. She came back a minute later and told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because it was more than 24 hours after the initial purchase. I told her that the other lady told me a week and she shrugged her shoulders, and told me I would have to contact corporate. She did not provide me with a number to corporate. The communication and helpfulness was not great.
