  I have always loved 7 Brew. I only started visiting this establishment in the past year. Before heading to a church function, a friend and I decided to swing by, sure they would have fast service as always. However, they did not. We were in line for 30 MINUTES! The car in front of me ordered, but instead of coming to me next, the worker skipped my car and went to the one behind me. Not to take their order, but to chat and goof off with her friends. I was quite annoyed, especially as I could no longer find a way to exit the lane. After watching this teen girl "play" with what should be her customers, another person came to my car and took my order. Then, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my drinks, because another girl had joined the first at the car behind me. I ended up asking another car if they would be willing to back up a bit so I could get out. They were so gracious, and I made it to my meeting only 5 minutes late. If a worker is on the clock, they need to work. Who they hang out with on their own personal time is their own business, but as an employee, the customer should be your first priority. Will not be visiting this one again.

  Wait times are absolutely horrible. I was stuck in line for 40 minutes for only 2 drinks

  One car in front of me, 4 teammates visible, and I sat for over 6 minutes before they took my order. I was picking up for a friend, and she did she thought they used regular banana syrup, instead of sugar free. I asked them to make her last order, and the screen said it should be sugar free. So in my opinion, my wait was entirely too long considering staffing, and time of day, (530 am on a Saturday) and that they probably missed a key ingredient in the order....

  The employees are always very nice and the drinks are tasty. I hope they they are working at a reasonable temperature at all times as I know it has been an issue with the company in the past which is why atmosphere does not get 5 stars.
