- HVHonestly Van6 days ago1.0My heart is actually broken. I love this pizza hut so much but the new app update messed my order up. I called to have my order switched from carryout to delivery after an internal error. Not only was I told I wont get my money back for the first order, I was repeatedly asked for my debit card numbers to pay additional money for the same order (which I didnt feel comfortable giving out). I ended up not wanting to order at all. I profusely apologized after a very long phone call, at no fault of mine. The worker rudely said they had to get back to their job and hung up on me. Now I have to call my bank to ensure I get my money back and still have no dinner coming. This was such a frustrating situation and waste of an hour including the technical problems with the app.
