  Heard about this place and how good it was. Well what i heard was right. I had the King burger and my husband had the mushroom burger

  My experience was honestly so disappointing considering how much I was looking forward to their reopening. Let me preface by saying that I understand they're just getting up and running so I was prepared for a few delays. What I wasn't expecting was the lack of professionalism for my wait and on top of that, getting my order wrong. I waited about 30 min for one burger, no fries and watched as people who ordered after me got their orders before me. Another person felt the same and approached the counter and was comped fries and a beverage as a means to make things right. Keep in mind, I was waiting about the same amount of time as this person. I don't want a comped meal, but just an acknowledgement would have been nice. When I ordered, I asked for no pickles and it came with some anyway. Now, I'm capable of taking them off and proceeding to enjoy my meal but you'd think that a simple order like mine would've been easy to just omit them. Either way, I'm hesitant on returning if that's what I can expect going forward.

  The King 5/10 Bacon & Cheddar 4/10 We were so excited to have Oh My Grill Burgers back but unfortunately we were let down. They didn't have any chili so one of their burgers wasn't available and it didnt sound like they'd have it anytime soon or much of it. We waited almost 35 minutes for 2 burgers & fries. It was mid-afternoon so it wasn't very busy at all. No one apologized for how long the wait was and when we got our food the fries were cold. We didn't understand how we waited for half an hour for cold fries. The burger was really thin and it even was pink in the middle. The bun was not toasted. There was only 1 piece of bacon on the burger and it was chewy and didn't even taste like bacon. The sweet potato fries were hot but they weren't crispy, they were floppy and greasy. We understand they just opened not too long ago but they had 5 people working and there was only 1 order ahead of us who got their food about 20 minutes before we did. After waiting 35 minutes we expected it to be a high standard but that wasn't the case. We probably won't be back unfortunately.

  We love OMG burgers and are glad they are back. We probably should have waited a little bit longer to come to the mall. We had a much longer wait than they had said, no bacon, or drinks, which is understandable since they are just getting off the ground at the mall. What is unacceptable is the guy making the fries using one hand on the stainless steel bowl and his bare hand scooping to plate the fries.

  Oh man, we were really looking forward to this! We stopped by on July 2nd for lunch. After we paid, we were told there was a 15-18-minute wait. It ended up being about a 35-minute wait, which surprised us because they didn't seem that busy. Only one other order was finished during our wait time. When the food came out, one burger and fries were completely lukewarm, as if they had been sitting out on the counter while the other was still cooking. We also asked for a plain burger, and it had everything on it, even though the order receipt showed the specialization. Neither burger felt worth the price we paid. $40 for lunch we waited entirely too long for, and half of it came out cold. We know it just opened and will likely come back in a few months once they get some wheels under them and, hopefully, the kinks are worked out.
