The cashier didn’t even say hi and just stared at us when we walked up and proceeded to be rude when we misheard her. She seemed to be the manager as well maybe so I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking up. All I’ll say is she needs to be trained to understand that not only is five guys loud with the music and working when you walk in, but some customers may be hearing impaired, so whoever that was needs to learn that you don’t try and make someone feel bad when they may have misheard or not heard you at all. I won’t be eating there again if she’s the one in charge. The kids cooking though seemed to stay busy and did a great job with the food!
