  Our office occasionally gets Cindy Lou’s for lunch and it’s so good every time. We loveee the Mac & cheese.

  Food has always been great. Love their sides especially. Good portions. Fun decor and chill vibe. Only downside- tables are sticky lol

  First the customer service: I had to call and make sure they had allergy safe options for my mom the gal who answered the phone was so helpful and kind (she was also awesome when I came and picked up the food). The cooks did a great job as well! As for the food... it had great flavor, it was moist, very tender and the bbq sauce was spot on. My family and I enjoyed it very much. We had the brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends, and ribs. I will say I wasn't in love with the ribs and brisket but they still were very well done (Im a bit picky about brisket n ribs). Finally the inside and outside was so cute and more importantly clean!! I'll definitely be coming back again!! Thank you Cindy lous for a new family spot!

  One of the BEST BBQ places I’ve ate at! Everything was amazing and delicious! From the cheese curds to the ribs 😭 The meat was falling off the bone! The brisket was amazing! I’m going to miss this place when I leave town. The portions were so perfect (huge!) The atmosphere and the employees were so friendly.

  First thing i noticed is place looks huge from outside but once inside complete opposite small . Some of the booths were filled with boxes so nobody can even sit there. Second thing once we ordered the gal who took our order wasn't listening nor paying attention we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Third same gal that took our order was outside n found a kitten she literally brought the damn thing in , they put it in a box n took it back outside. Never seen her go wash her hands afterwards. For the food ... I ordered a pork tenderloin with everything ( lettuce, tomato, onion n pickle ) , 2 sides potato salad n criss cross fries ... the pork tenderloin awesome, potato salad warm n blah , criss cross fries awesome. Girlfriend ordered a pulled pork sandwich with same exact sides . Her bun was gross top was hard as a rock bottom was all mushy n soggy, she said same thing about potato salad. Both of us had sweet tea. The original bbq sauce was empty asked to get it filled same gal copped an attitude about it then she forgot to give us glasses argued we didn't get a meal when infact we certainly did showed the receipt for proof the Styrofoam glasses were handed to us by a gentleman who apologized for mix up she just rolled her eyes. Lastly watched an employee hang 2 signs on doors saying closed till 4 . I asked why " we have 2 big caterings and short on help " then watched multiple people trying to enter but couldn't cause of this meanwhile they could see us all inside eating. We have social media for a reason . Maybe something was posted idk. Wasn't impressed and we won't be back.
