- EZEdward Ziegler5 days ago1.0West Burlington, Iowa Drive thru. Waited patiently at lest 5-7 minutes with no service. Drove up to window where I was ignored. Manager acted as I wasn't even their!!!! After another 5 minutes a different employee came to window and stated someone didn't show up and it would be another half-hour for service. 10-15 minutes of my life i will never get back!!!! Unbelievably awful service!!!! A simple.... Sorry , their will be a half hour wait for service. I drove across town to another McDonald's and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

- DDdrynsddy11May 2, 20263.0Went inside and ordered from the kiosk. Got a steak and egg biscuit, hash brown, and 2 drinks. Got my bag, looked inside to see if it was all there and looked like it was. Got home and there was no hash brown in the bag. When I looked in the bag it looked like it was in there, but it was the napkins and not a hasbrown. I know better than to not verify everything was in there but it was literally 2 food items. It's mostly the reason why I haven't been there for over a year.
