Staff is astoundingly rude. And this is coming from someone who has also worked years in customer service. I get it's not always a fun/easy job but c'mon. I rarely went in the first place and definitely will not be going back to that location.

hate mcdonalds as a company in general... but late night kinda the only option... last 2 times ive tried to order delivery havent gotten my order. once due to they didnt have product available. and second they werent accepting orders any more... great business plan

Management must be checked out. If you don’t have half an hour to sit I. The drive thru, don’t bother. I have driven away twice waiting more than five minutes for no one answering the drive thru speaker and two or less cars in the drive thru or parking spots. 5:30 breakfast rush and the hasn’t dropped bacon. Instead of moving the line for one person to wait at the third window, we all sat for twenty minute. If you do actually wait half an hour for your food the quality is usually consistent for McD’s

This McDonald's has really been going down hill. Last week I ordered breakfast and waited over 20 minutes on my food. When I finally got my food, my egg on my sandwich was cold.
Two days ago, I orderd the kpop demon hunter lunch. My fries were cold and stale so I asked if I could get fresh ones. The front counter tries to, but the manager is refusing saying they were fresh. I tell the front counter lady again, these are not fresh, I want fresh ones, and if you don't believe me, here eat one. They finally got me fresh ones, but the manager hid behind the counter and talked trash about me because I wanted to wait for fresh fries. Just straight up rude and inconsiderate, and extremely incompetent.
I would highly recommend not eating here. Save your money, go somewhere else, get food to make at home. Just don't eat here.

First time coming here tn, they had no shakes and no frappes at 9 something pm. I got McFlurry instead for me and the man, they threw ice cream in the cup and put a scoop of toppings on top, I had to ask them to mix it. If I wanted a sundae with toppings I would’ve preferred that instead and it would’ve been cheaper. They had no spoons. I got three single burgers and they put no onions on any of them, even though they come with onion. I had to walk into the lobby 9 months pregnant and request a side of onions. Second time coming here, I waited in drive 35 min while they only helped the other set of speakers (right side). They helped FIVE cars that were here after me. And the car behind me had to go thru the same thing. I had to order at the 2nd window. I got another McFlurry and they also tried to hand it to me unmixed this time. I tried being polite the whole time. But this experience was RIDICULOUS. They gave me a McFlurry with the ice cream spilling all down the side all down the side And I had two McFlurry and didn’t get no drink carrier so it got all over my new car. Worst experience ever.
