  Ordered a toasted sandwich for delivery it showed up a half hour after it left for delivery, needless to say wasn't nothing toasted about it, just a warm soggy sandwich

  They’re on point. Quick and easy. Theres never much a wait. Out of all the fast food restaurants in Boone. This is one that I will be visiting very frequently. Thank you jimmy johns

  Staff need to be trained on acceptable accommodations. Wife is pregnant and all the deli meat shes going to eat has to be heated up first. She went to use a birthday coupon and there are limits on it for what sandwich you can get. The staff member in the drive thru told her they couldn't toast the one she wanted and even again said no after explaining she was pregnant and needed the sandwich or atleast the meat heated. Took 1 more times explaining to get the staff member to go ask someone else, in the end the request was met but training on accommodation like that should be standard.
