  Ordered a chili cheese dog meal and it was microwaved so long that the bun was hard and couldn't even chew through it, that was after I waited 8 minutes for it to cool down enough to pick it up

  I was traveling With a group for Mother’s Day weekend, we decide to stop in the Dairy Queen in Boone Iowa. I had the pleasure of speaking to the rudest person in America named shy Call herself. The manager highly disrespected me, spoke and said things that I feel like was totally inappropriate. hell no accountability for her store in the mistakes I’ve asked for a contact information for corporate. I was told I have to go online. I will be further in this incident and escalating things because I spent almost $100 and to have my food thrown at me like dog food, and to have no manager to hold self accountable and to also get aggressive with me because I’m upset is insane that’s a new Dairy Queen I heard and I have not heard very good things about them. I really wish the owner will take the we’re being denied of upper management will never get my services again

  Since the Boone, IA Dairy Queen reopened, we have received nothing but excellent service! Employee's are very nice, courteous, and efficient with their service. Food has been done and is good, in a timely manner. My only upset, which is very minimal, would be that the blizzards are not mixed completely. Meaning, at the bottom of the cup, it is just the plain ice cream.

  After 80 years in Boone you now have the record for worst service I ever encountered. I have been coming every Monday since the reopening with no problems until today. I waited 20 minutes with normal customer activity and several people who came in after me were served at a table before me at the counter. The girl at the register had no clue what was going on and said I had to be patient. I got my money back. My $500. a year business with you just went to McDonalds.

  I went to this location last evening at approximately 7:50 pm. The drive thru was VERY busy so I parked and went inside. At this time there were 4 customers in the inside and no one waiting at the register. A girl with attitude took my order. 2 medium vanilla cones. She gave me a number and put my order on a wall with other orders. She then joined another girl standing around gossiping about people, laughing and acting very immature. I asked about my order after 10 minutes while I saw other orders going up on the wall before mine. I questioned the girl why it was taking so long for two cones. At this time four employees were just standing around. She gave a shrug. I asked for my money back. She went and got a manager who came out looking like it was the worst day on earth. He said to me what do you want. I explained to him that I ordered and other orders were going before mine. He told me that the drive thru was priority. I was stunned and my mouth dropped open. I told him I felt like I was being punished for getting out of my vehicle and walking inside to order. He said the drive thru is always priority. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! I only ordered 2 cones. I thought maybe one of the four individuals standing around on phones and gossiping could make two cones. Got my money back and will not return! I’d rather drive to north Ames than visit my local restaurant!
