  We ate here with a group of eight for the first time last night. While the atmosphere was nice and the food was decent, the service timing and pacing were unexpectedly slow for no apparent reason. Our server was kind and attentive, but it seemed like the rest of the staff were standing around while service moved at a snail’s pace. Unfortunately, none of us were impressed enough to want to come back. We had reservations for 6:45 p.m. and were seated promptly. We were the only large group in the restaurant, with only four to six smaller tables occupied when we arrived. We ordered drinks, but they came out one at a time with roughly five minutes between each delivery. It took about 30 minutes from the first drink to the last, and by the time everyone had a drink, some of us were already ready to order another round. It was odd, but we were enjoying conversation, so it wasn’t a huge issue. When we ordered dinner, we got two appetizers for the table and everyone ordered an entrée. By that point, nearly everyone else had left, and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Even so, it took an extremely long time for the food to come out. Once it finally did, the entrées were delivered one at a time with long gaps between them. For example, my friend and I ordered the exact same sushi roll, and I had finished mine about five minutes before hers was even served. From the first entrée to the last was well over 25 minutes. Our waitress was genuinely sweet, and it appeared the cook may have been working alone, but there also seemed to be several staff members simply standing around while the restaurant was nearly empty. For a restaurant with this atmosphere and price point, the service was disappointing. From the time we were seated until we received our bill, the experience lasted over two hours. We left feeling underwhelmed and won’t be returning.

  Food for one guest was presumably forgotten; after almost a half an hour it was offered to us and despite declining it, it was brought out and we were still charged. Dined in on a Friday night. Ordered three appetizers and an appetizer and two entrees for mains. After 20 min, staff stated that there was confusion and the appetizer was included in one of the entrees (not likely since it matched the pictures) and when asked if we’d still like it, we declined. 30 minutes after it was expected, the appetizer came out and wait staff stated they doubled the portion due to it being late (also not likely as it matched pictures online). Upon receiving bill, the item was still on the check and when questioned, wait staff did not offer to discount or remove. Food was overall good quality, but service and recovery were very poor. Chef Aman was present in the kitchen but did not attempt to make the situation right.

  Tried for lunch today. Will absolutely be back. Food was delicious, but what stood out was the amazing customer service/waiter and waitress in training. Brought ramen home as added dish for dinner. All top notch.

  Food was awesome and came out quick. Two people split hot and sour soup, sweet corn crab soup, crab wontons, beef lettuce cups, and a rainbow roll. All the staff was attentive and our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. Buy one get one drinks off the cocktail menu. Cocktails were $14. The bar filled up by 6:30.
