  I don't know what happened to the place but they didn't have all the food they use to a few years ago. They even ran out of different items and when asked about it was told they just didn't have anymore.

  We've been going to pizza ranch for years. The last 2 times have been terrible, months ago a manager made it right for us and corrected the problem but tonight was horrible. Walked in around 7ish, they didn't bring many fresh pizzas out unless requested by quest when paying. We asked for a pizza without tomato as there was a pizza with tomatoes we requested one without, they eventually brought out the pizza with tomato on it. Then we went to get dessert, the table was turned off and dessert moved to pizza table by 7:40 no fresh dessert would be made cause they were closing and their was plenty of people their that were still eating. So my kids weren't able to get the cookie or anything besides the blueberry dessert pizza and ice cream. Asked the manager she said she would go look and never came back with a response. The workers were filling to go containers while people were still eating!!!!! It was 20 mins before close and they were filling their containers before they even closed!!! Most people working the floor were on their phones. It was really sad to see the place like that and the way the workers were.

  I got an email that said I was due$3 off a regular buffet, senior or not till August 26th. I presented it at 1:30 on a Friday when the senior buffet is $10.99 and was told I couldn't use it. The email had NO exceptions. It says good anytime till the 26th. We won't be coming back. Also they had no thousand island salad dressing!!!!!

  The Bettendorf resturant has been going down in the year. We went there on 08/11/2026 and 08/07/2026. Both times, with about the 3 previous times, limited fat free dressing for the salad. Cole slaw has been taken off the salad bar. Chicken had been held to 3-4 pieces the entire time on the bar with breasts/wings/limited theighs only. Limited desert bar also. Blueberry pizza only. Then the cookie came out. Table service was okay. We had to ask for a special order. Not what we are used to for what is now $17 per person, $16 for seniors.

  The fundraiser night (wich we were not aware of at the time) created a less than calm or even remotely quiet dining experience making it difficult to get food or return to your table as well as the constant asking of plate removal made for a less than enjoyable experience. The specialty pizza was not correct the food selection was what seemed like a constant refil state. The extra people in a small area made it very difficult to get the food safely or to return to your table with out almost a waiting in line feeling to get back to your table. The loudness was difficult to even carry on a quiet and private conversation at your table.between children and adults requesting to remove plates that were not even empty or while you were still eating from them. Made for a very less than enjoyable experience.
