- KMKatherine MagicAug 12, 20261.0Sadly I have to give this business a negative review due to their consistently less-than-satisfactory service. The last straw was when I went in recently with my family and they said they no longer do bagel things (cutting out the middle part of the bagel) although it is advertised in multiple places on their menu and we had come specifically for the breakfast sandwich that was advertised as having a thin bagel. Since the bagel thin does not require any special ingredient and is simply a matter of taking a few extra moments to cut out the extra bread, it is hard not to assume that this was a decision based off laziness. Please don't advertise something that you can't fulfill for your customers. Also, we asked for cream cheese on the side and it was put directly on the bagel. When we went back up to the cashier to request a re-do, she said we'd have to talk to the line cooks to figure it out. Kindness can go a long way and I encourage this business to be more customer-oriented. I would not be leaving this review had the workers been kind, but we have encountered rudeness multiple times by this location. Thank you.

- IIIma.Jul 8, 20265.0⚠️ Pictures can be deceiving I'm very polite but realistic with my reviews. This place was pretty bad guys. Depressing ambiance and tasteless sandwiches. I DO NOT recommend (Smoked Salmon): taste of salt with more salt my hubby's words. Nor the (Egg white bacon avocado): mine had marinara sauce with avocado spread which made it 10xs worse. We left nauseous honestly 😪 I'm sorry B.B we got some work to do in the kitchen and menu for sure.
