  Music is usually too loud, the line is too long, and the drinks are ok. If I didn't get bullied by teen girl's to go here, I would not.

  I have always had good service here. Today it was slightly raining and a gentleman took my order while I noticed another employee was leaning up against a car a couple cars ahead of me. Thinking she was taking their order but soon found out she was just talking with this customer. This employee followed this car all thru the drive thru talking and not waiting on any other cars. There was probably 15 cars between the 2 lines and there was 1 employee taking orders and 1 employee delivering drinks while this 3rd employee simply chatted away with her friend. At times I saw the other employees look at her like we need some help but again she continued with her friend. I've worked retail for 30+ years and know when I can be social and when to keep the line moving.

  I have tried 2 times now. The drink always taste like milk and coffee. No matter what I order there is never the actual flavor of anything. Just expensive iced coffee with milk. Today I got the pumpkin blondie. All I can taste is coffee with milk. First time I got the cookie butter iced coffee. Same outcome. I will stick to going elsewhere.

  I never had a problem until interacting with this one employee who is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. I'm never giving them buisness again. If they wanna hire people like her and allow them to treat customers in such a disgusting manner I will not support this place anymore. There responses are Ai generated so you know they will do nothing about it, therefore I will not continue to support 7 Brew Coffee.
