  31 minutes from the time my order was taken till I got my coffee. Stuck in the drive thru lane. They said one of their systems was down, but instead of going down to 1 lane they kept 2 lanes going and one lane just sat stuck with no way to get out of line and leave. Decent drinks, but not worth the wait.

  A forty minute wait in line for a coffee is literally ridiculous. Pull the cars with big orders ahead or to the side. I had my drink for 15 minutes of the wait but waiting for the car ahead of me to get drinks. Meanwhile the next line the cars are moving right along.

  Love 7 Brew!!! The drinks have always been fantastic! It’s great they offer sugar free and decaf options. I can’t have caffeine and love coffee. They’re always kind and helpful. Keep up the great work! My only critique, sometimes the music is really loud and I can’t hear the staff if I’m ordering close to the serving station.

  Ordered Brunette and Tuxedo mocha , neither drinks had mocha sauce or any other syrup , brunette had no hazelnut - you can’t find a difference between the 2 drinks. We asked them to remake it and just got back the same thing. What a waste of time and money!
