  Absolutely love 7 Brew! The drinks are always amazing, the staff is so friendly and upbeat, and the service is insanely fast even when the line is long. They always make my coffee exactly how I like it, and everyone there makes the experience fun every single time.

  We waited at least 20 minutes in line. There was one girl taking the majority of the orders while two other young women hung out chatting to someone in a black mazda. Why weren’t they helping to keep things going? The one seemed to be a manager she was in a black sweatshirt and jeans. Maybe not, but goodness. Help the other girls out who are trying to take orders for LONG lines by themselves. No one was getting their orders soon by any means. Also, I have loved 7 Brew in other locations in another state but so far I have not been impressed with the flavors of the coffee here. I usually absolutely love their sugar free options but so far what I’ve has been a bit blah. Maybe things will improve. I certainly hope so.

  waited in line for 20 minutes and was then asked to switch lanes, even though people who had arrived after me had already moved into the other lane. Other customers who showed up after us were helped first and had already left before we were taken care of. When I told the worker what happened, her response was basically, “Oh well, we just try to keep the lanes even.” Then, when we received our order, we were only given one of the two drinks we ordered. The worker walked away and started taking another order before making sure we had everything. We had to sit there and wait for them to notice that we were still missing a drink, and even then, they made the wrong drink at first.

  Don't let the long lines scare you away! Even though the drive-thru is a bit of a madhouse because they just opened, the experience was great from start to finish. The staff is impressively upbeat and friendly despite how busy they are. We tried a variety of drinks—the Brewchatta Chai Latte, the Birthday Cake Shake, and a Vanilla Lavender Tea—and the quality was top-tier across the board. It’s rare to find a place where every single drink in the order is a hit, but 7 Brew nailed it. Everything was bomb and we will definitely be back for more!

  i was really excited about getting a 7brew in the area, but i don’t think i’m going to return. the young man who took our order accidentally sent it through twice, which is fine, mistakes happen. we paid for a large drink, and the girl servicing us was phenomenal and tried to communicate our order was made incorrectly. she was so friendly and polite, and talking with her was lovely, but when she did her job and communicated the error, the blonde curly haired manager came over and humiliated her in front of us. it wasn’t even her mistake, she was doing her job effectively. it was so awkward and uncomfortable. i understand everyone has bad days, but embarrassing a teenager for someone else’s mistake is awful. will not be returning.
