- ANAbigail NicholeJul 15, 20261.0Went to pick up a half cheese half pepperoni (easiest pizza in the world to make mind you), we headed out and arrived on time and was told it would be an extra 7 more minutes - we then waited an extra half hour in 90 degree heat. I walked up to the counter and asked the status of our order and the gentleman working looked confused as if he hadn't just helped us and had been waiting this whole time. I told him the name for the third time and he just handed it to me without a sorry or anything. I'm annoyed at myself for not requesting a discount or a voided order because the service was absolutely ridiculous, they had our pizza the whole time but never called it out or questioned us once. This is upsetting because we love the pizza but this was one of the worst service experiences I've encountered in my life.

Received our delivery and toppings were so far from the edge that half of each piece was just crust. 3 slices also had air bubbles which pushed the toppings off the pizza - one slice had no toppings. Worst pizza I've had in a long time. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the driver was very nice.
