  What’s the point of having a “special instructions” section on DoorDash and Uber Eats if those instructions are just going to be ignored? I specifically asked for my fries and both McChickens to be cooked to order. Instead, I received cold fries and two sandwiches that tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I understand fast food gets busy, but if a restaurant isn’t going to honor a simple request, don’t pretend the option exists. I’d rather be told “we can’t do that” than pay for food that clearly wasn’t fresh. At some point, it stops being an honest mistake and starts looking like a complete lack of care for the customer.

  I was there at may 27th at 6:16pm and when I got my order taken the guy was in a rush and was not listening to us so he charged us for a kids drink knowing it was supposed to me with the kids meal and than when we pull up to 1st window we told him we wanted are receipt he ignored us and closed the window so we said okay we will ask 2nd window so when we got up there the guy gave us our food and I said hey the guys at first widow did not give me the receipt and he said I would get it but it would be a long wait. What is irritating is the fact you guys have workers that are rude and just do not care, you should really teach them how to be respectful and do there job

  My husband and I ordered a mcgriddle and a bagel sandwich. When I got the food, one of the sandwiches was labeled as a mcgriddle so you'd think it'd be correct. Upon unwrapping it, the supposed "mcgriddle" was made with bagels....someone went out of their way to make it wrong and put the sticker on it. Literally just gave us two bagel sandwhiches. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.
