I asked for a return since I didn't get the drink. I was told no, they are making it now, and I'm guessing a manager, just walked away from me. Whoever I talked to said sorry that they are confused about making the drink because it's new. Never coming back to this McDonald's.

Today the burger was undercooked and this happens a lot. Whole staff needs to be retrained. I’m tired of wasting my money on the slowest and most inconsistent restaurant in Ankeny
