  Extremely lazy worker this Friday stating there was a 40 minute wait for bread, meanwhile there was stacks of loafs behind him. Last time giving this joke of a franchise a shot. Tons of business lost by this extremely lazy worker. If I was the franchise owner I’d be wanting this kid terminated immediately.

  Proving their inability to follow simple directions at every turn, along with not understanding how to set any sort of expectations, your team created a hostile interaction. Multiple times with in the ordering process I confirmed the order taker's understanding of my request. Upon receipt of my order I found that they did not under my simple request. When entering your building to get a refund, your staff took my reciept and placed it above your sandwich making Station. Multiple times I requested my reciept be returned and no one acknowledged or provided me with my reciept. Finally after continuely requesting it's return, the "manager" took it off of the clip and started processing my return. At no point we're expectations set. Your team was combative when they choose to interact with me, discussing how I responded to their error rather than working to resolve my request and set clear expectations. I have had issues with this location in the past, and after the treatment I recieved in this location I will NEVER order food from ANY Jimmy John's again. If I were you, I'd be embarrassed by this team. There is way to much competition for this much incompetence!
