  the food was good, but we waited 45 minutes to get our sandwiches, customer service was not good and bathrooms were gross.

  Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in a long time. Nearly 20 minutes in line, gave the people in front of me the wrong food, and my mistake for not checking mine before I left but two VERY simple sandwiches and both were wrong. Was running close to late for an appointment so I didn’t check, just wanted to get back on the road.

  I was just in the drive-thru and I ordered the samething I always order. #5 Vito WITHOUT TOMATOES, add x-mayo, add x-jimmy peppers and heavy onions. I have specific things that I requested because I'm allergic to tomatoes! I literally took 2 bites and saw the biggest Tomatoe and I called to inform them of the mistake and all they said was, "I can make you a new one without Tomatoes". My lips went numb and it was hard for me to swallow anything. It took me about an hour and a half to get the tingles to fade since I didn't eat the whole thing.

  Not food-safe conditions. Did not stay to pick up my sandwich after paying and observing them make other sandwiches ahead of mine: 1) employee at register (who took my order while wearing gloves) handle a receipt/other non-sterile items, then begin to make a sandwich while wearing those *same gloves*. 2) an employee wipe the back of his gloved hand across his forehead, then continue to make sandwiches. (No hair nets) 3) receipts and sharpie markers fall into the trays of open meats and veggies and then be picked up and replaced to non-sterile areas. These are NOT safe food conditions. Manager (maybe?) sat at the back on his phone by drive-thru window. Most other customers were distracted on their phones and so did not not observe how their subs were made.

  Well I pulled up to the drive through and kid said " hello " I replied with hey how's it goin? Then about a minute of silence until he said hello again. Was i supposed to just order? I don't get it. Then when at the window he didn't say a word. Killer customer service! Sandwich was bussin tho.
