- BBBrock Bailey5 days ago1.0Update: How dare you put the fries on top of my burger in the bag., Tacky....I can't say this was the best location I ever been.] Salty. I felt like the staff thought I was brain dead on knowing what to order. I don't plan on going back to this location. The manager presented himself like whats going on? I ordered a patty melt and all the staff said what do you want on it. I mean a patty melt has onions and grilled mushrooms. I'm anxious to see this turns out. If it's a dud, Five Guys you were so much better and entertaining. There's nobody seating in the restaurant. Where is the manager and district manager.

The lady behind the counter cleaned a few after we requested. One of our shakes and one of our burgers had the wrong ingredients even though the receipt was correct. One of our burgers was undercooked and had pink throughout 2/3 of it. Because of the freshness of the food and recommendations given, we will try at least one more time. Everybody has an off day, right?

The burger I ordered with bacon just had glorified bacon crumble not strips, just not what I expected for the price I paid. The grilled onions and mushrooms were delicious.
