  Definitely don’t have them write on an ice cream cake if you get one from here. I ordered online, thinking the writing would be good & picked “designers choice”’ for color… Black?! Really? Then it’s so off centered and why even try to squeeze the ! in there?! Just looked ridiculous!!

  I wish I had gotten their name. The cashier was in the dining room and was wearing the drive-thru headset on 5-15-26 around 12:00 noon. They are THE example of customer service and being competent in their job. Single parent with a sleeping baby and excited toddler. They answered all of my questions. Knew every ingredient, helped with the promo, transparent with upcharges, and made sure to get it added to the rewards in my app. Assisted other customers multitasking with me. Curtious and efficient the whole time. Brought the ice cream with lids, even though I didn't ask. Even held the door on the way out. Employees like this earn my business. Thank You. We will be back.

  Today we went through the drive-thru and Gavin took our order. From the start, it was clear he didn’t fully understand what we were asking for, which was concerning. We ordered a Chocolate Brownie Extreme Royal but requested marshmallow in the center instead of fudge. When we received the receipt, it was already incorrect, which added to the concern. When we were handed the Blizzard, it was white and didn’t appear to have the cocoa fudge. I asked if it was correct, and instead of clarifying or offering to fix it, Gavin initially said he didn’t think we wanted the fudge, then argued that it was made correctly. This was frustrating—especially when a simple willingness to make it right would have gone a long way. After driving off, we realized the marshmallow center was also missing entirely. I attempted to call for a refund, but none was provided. Overall, the customer service experience was very poor and needs improvement. Gavin would benefit from additional training on accurately entering orders, communicating clearly with customers, and resolving issues professionally.

  The cashier in the Drive-Thru was rude. She just rolled her eyes up. I won't be back too this location.

  I love DQ anytime, anywhere. A good thing to know is they don't accept pennies for currency anymore. They should put up a sign. I will always go back, of course. 😊
