  I like to get chipotle once per week or so. I like that it is filling and the chips are salty and yummy. A bowl is a ton of food, I can rarely finish in one go, so I don’t know how anyone could be upset on that. It can be hit and miss some days. They do get incredibly busy, and I think it may be a lot to keep up with on keeping steak or other stuff available fast enough. So sometimes I have to get chicken which I really didn’t like last time. I’m sure it’s a lot to worry about the dining area when they’re already swamped with 30 people in line and 6 members. I could not handle the stress of that job just from watching for 3 minutes

  Horrible service. Completely disorganized. I work in service and I was shocked how I was talked to and treated. My children were overlooked and when they got to order they were rushed. Our family left with our food because of the experience.

  My first and last time for me. The price is outrageous, twenty dollars for a bowl. The place was dirty, every table was dirty. I will not be going back.

  This store usually has dirty tables and the workers scooping the ingredients act like it ia coming out of their persons check. Very skimpy. Especially the meat. And for the price of a bowl I expect to get more than just rice and a few beans. This time they were even out of lettuce but didn’t know this until the end. Very disappointing. I have eaten at several Chipotle stores and this one fails! Was goi g to dine in but not at any of the dirty tables so took home and added lettuce I had at home.

  I don’t know about you guys but when I was there today, this is the portion that I got for almost $13 with no drink. They were pack with people I understand it’s lunch time but the services was bad. The guy put rice and meat on the bowl that clearly not even half of the bowl, then when I ask about it he said thìs is the normal portion, unless I want double rice or double meat. Then they are trying to cover up top with all the veggies, pickles to make it full but it not even full or heavy. I know lately inflation happens but this is bad food and services all together. A spoon of rice and barely any shredded pork. Quantity isn’t enough now let talk about quality, meat was salty, veggies was brown and burn, rice was hard almost uncooked. Compare with other near by, this is no return ticket for me.
