  Tonight, May 17th, I went there as I often do, and I was shocked by how much the quality of the service has declined. My waitress gave us very poor service. I even had to ask for napkins myself. One recommendation: don’t ask customers whether they want utensils or not — just bring them. We are in a restaurant after all. I usually leave a $20 tip every time, but this time I only left $6.56. My receipt number was 270021 and my table was 114, or maybe 14 — I think the second number was the one displayed at the table. Even though the waitress lost money because of the poor service, I think management should also review the manager’s performance, because something is clearly going wrong and the experience is no longer pleasant. I will be moving to another office/location.

  I stopped in with my two teenage kids and we were hoping to try the unlimited apps promo that was going on. We were sat at a dirty table and I was going to ask our server if we could switch to a cleaner table but they never came around. While waiting over 10 minutes to be acknowledged, I looked around and noticed other tables with empty cups on the edge of their tables waiting for refills. Other guests looked very irritated and impatient so we decided to get up and leave because I lost all hope that the food would make up for the terrible service which we didn't receive.

  Yesterday early afternoon my husband and I walked in. There was nobody to seat us. Walked to the bar no bartender. We kept looking around nobody. There were just a few customers at the bar. We were walking out noticing a young girl on her cell phone and talking to the staff. Unprofessional.

  Don't expect your order to show up on time or warm even if you ordered it 2 hrs in advance. I scheduled my delivery for 6:20-6:30pm as the slot was available on the BWW website. Doordash showed up at 5:52pm. I didn't receive my food until after 7pm. The driver did not take possession of my food until 6:50pm. Unfortunately my food was cold. The fact that Buffalo Wild Wings thinks this is exceptable with out reaching out to the customer is beyond be. This is not the first run in with this location. I guess it has not improved. They continue to come up short on their promises.

  Food was 30 minutes late..everyone had a horrible attitude. You would think maybe a place with buffalo wings in the name might have a few around to fill some orders. Was not even busy on a Sunday afternoon. Avoid this place..I mean I don't expect much at bww but this one really stinks.
