  Extremely unprofessional experience. I previously experienced behavior from Taelyn Fisher & Rylie Mertz that I considered racist, and when the situation later escalated, Taelyn portrayed herself as the victim instead of taking accountability for her own conduct. Management then escalated the situation all the way to a trespass notice rather than handling it reasonably. The entire experience felt biased, excessive, and completely mishandled. I would not recommend this location.

  The Chikfila-style ordering is weird. It was pouring rain and they have no overhang, so the employee and our driver both got soaked, trying to order with an iPad, 3 cars back. Weird vibe. Coffee was fine.

  There is not food. The drinks are big and taste great though. Very friendly staff.

  Next time, or any time when the business has a special going on. Make sure your business can host the amount of people you have coming. Especial getting the drinks done right and $12 for a drinks that tasted like a regular coffee I could grab at the gas station. Not following how the orders were requested or especially waiting and coming up and to see the drinks I ordered have been sitting at the table. Get a system implemented that runs smoothly and your workers not walking around like they are lost puppies

  Very disappointing experience at the Ankeny location. The drive-thru line was backed up down the road and outside the parking lot, so I chose the walk-up option. I was the ONLY person standing there, yet employees repeatedly looked at me without acknowledging me — no hello, no “have you been helped,” nothing. Someone working the car line actually had to come over and take my order. I even asked another employee walking by to check on my drink. They said okay and never came back. When I finally asked again, I was met with an attitude and told my walk-up order had to wait behind ALL the cars. If that’s the case, what is the purpose of offering walk-up service? At minimum, customers should be told that before ordering. What bothered me most was the attitude. When I said nobody explained that to me, I was dismissively told, “You got your order taken, didn’t you?” I’m a Black woman and the employees involved were white. I can’t say what motivated the treatment, but being repeatedly stared at, ignored, and then spoken to rudely made me feel extremely unwelcome. I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just basic acknowledgment, communication, and respect. I ultimately canceled my free reward drink because the entire experience was that uncomfortable. Very rude and disappointing customer service.
