  Recently placed an order that included a drink and when I received the order, my drink was missing and when I asked about it, I was told “there’s nothing we can do” i’m sorry aren’t yall the ones that made and gave me my food wydm there’s nothing you can do. The employee was rude as well, certainly never ordering from this Jimmy John’s again.

  If you want good Jimmy Johns go to the West Ames location. None of the workers actually care about service or food quality.
