  They messed up my order and I wasn't upset about that but how they handled it was very rude. I had end up going to get my food bc they wouldn't just bring me the right order, they told me it was going to be awhile and gave me no timeframe and it was already 8:30 at that point. They did say they would refund me my money so I let it go. I called 5 days later bc i had not been refunded I was wanted to see how long it would take and they man who answered the phone was rude condescending and hung up one me. I called back to ask for corporates number and he rudely told me to go online and good luck with that. He was absolutely disgusting and no one should be treated like that when working with someone in customer service. Do better jimmy johns

  Great people, smells were free as promised in the window. Food was good. If you haven't tried all the freebies (not just the standard ones) you're missing out.

  I order from here a lot. Or used to as I will never be ordering again. The past 2 times I have ordered it has taken over an hour and a half for my food to show up. They know my address as i have ordered here so much, but still cant figure it out? So much for freaky fast.
