  Couldn’t order a sandwich to go inside due to short staff but was told I can go get my vehicle and order a sandwich in the drive through

  The man that helped me out in the drive-through was super helpful and nice! They even wrote my family members’ names on all the sandwiches, which rarely ever happens. Super impressed!

  Four stars for most of the people in our group. 1 for me. Mine sandwich was terrible. Veggie sandwich that had one super thin slice of tomato, 3 thin slices of cucumber, and the smallest touch of lettuce. That was it. 90% bread and almost no veg.

  They messed up my order and I wasn't upset about that but how they handled it was very rude. I had end up going to get my food bc they wouldn't just bring me the right order, they told me it was going to be awhile and gave me no timeframe and it was already 8:30 at that point. They did say they would refund me my money so I let it go. I called 5 days later bc i had not been refunded I was wanted to see how long it would take and they man who answered the phone was rude condescending and hung up one me. I called back to ask for corporates number and he rudely told me to go online and good luck with that. He was absolutely disgusting and no one should be treated like that when working with someone in customer service. Do better jimmy johns
