I usually just do drive-thru but I went in because a had some time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised with how much space there was. By going it was nice to see what donuts they had on offer - online only allows you to order from a very limited menu donut & drive-thru focuses on everything but the current drink promotions. Service was slow, which they warned be about. And the counter help didn't seem familiar with taking coffee orders. But they were friendly which is a welcome surprise anymore.

I go to a lot of Dunkins, I know what to expect and generally have a good experience, but wanted to highlight this one in particular—it is spacious, clean, bright, and my food was prepared perfectly by an attentive staff. Parking lot is big too and drive through line wraps around in a way that makes sense. Well-designed.

First of all, I’m glad we finally have a location on the east part of town since I’m usually always running errands on this area. The convenience of it being close by plus the amazing service I’ve gotten since I first started going is unmatched. I always get fast and great service from every employee I’ve encountered specially Ak who already recognizes me every time I pull up to the second window :) if I’m in need of a pick me up, I know I can count on this specific Dunkin’ and on Ak to be there!
