He understood that made me upset and offered me some extras to make up for the lack of chips for my next order. I understand busy days and being out of chips so it didn’t upset me. I really appreciate the kindness from him and his team, especially Caleb who aided. Will go back again for chips!!

They were super respectful and even though you could tell it had been a stressful time right before I showed up, they still had a smile on their face the whole time! The indoor seating area was a little dirty when I was there, but I'm guessing it was because they didnt have the staff to clean it during the rush so I wouldn't count that against them. I will absolutely be coming back!!!

I know the name of the place is “Chipotle”, but for some reason, I didn’t think that meant everything was going to be spicy. I thought you could choose; that’s on me. I wasn’t able to finish my food due to the spice level :( The quantity and quality of the ingredients were great though! Super fresh and full of flavor. The drink options are great too; they even have a small beer selection. Service: All of the staff were really friendly. They were quick, efficient, and attentive. Even though it was busy, they were patient with customers who hadn’t made up their minds yet and always had a smile on their faces. Atmosphere: Inside wasn’t the cleanest and it was pretty loud. It may have just been because it was around dinner rush and they weren’t able to clean up, but the only two clean tables inside were occupied, so we chose to sit outside. Between the noise from the customers, the noise from the employees working/cooking, and the noise from the ventilation system, it was pretty overwhelming, so the outside traffic noise was preferred. Thankfully, the tables outside were shaded by the building around that time and it was pretty clean out there.
