  I ordered a white pizza with pesto sauce, cinni-minis, extra garlic sauce, and sodas. The only thing that was correct was the sodas. The pizza wasn't right, we only got 6 cinni-minis instead of 10 and they weren't iced, and they forgot the garlic sauce. I called and was given a $10 credit towards my next order and they resent the pizza with garlic sauce and icing for the minis. We got the icing and the sauce. The pizza had pesto on it this time but was made with red sauce instead of white sauce 🤦‍♀️ Throughout this whole ordeal, I was working with a girl named Riley. She was very understanding and we were able to work out a solution. I really appreciated her professionalism during a frustrating situation. I'm not sure what was going on with the kitchen tonight, but it wouldn't hurt to give that person some more support and/or training. I don't think I've ever had an order so messed up before. I'm giving 4 stars because Riley was incredibly helpful. Ya'll lucky you have her! My messed up pizzas for your viewing pleasure. I don't recommend getting a grilled chicken, garlic, pesto, and red sauce pizza 😬

  Disappointed is an understatement! The personal pizzas were unevenly made and overcooked in spots, one barely had toppings on half of it and wasn'tcut thoroughly. The breadsticks were dry and uncut as well. Overall quality was not what I expected, especially for the price.

  Paid 4 extra dollars for the bone in wings entree as part of the My Hut Box: Entree & Side and they only gave me 3 wings instead of the 6 it said online. Like come on.

  I walked in waited for over 15 minutes for someone to speak to me. She had me pay and looked like she was guessing when my pizza was done . I order it at 7pm to be ready at 745 and didnt get helped tell 8pm. After I paid my receipt printed and she at this point had already walked away so I grabbed it. It said it needed a signature I asked her if it does she replied by said did u grab that I said yes it printed when I was done. She had walked away so that why I took the initiative to grab it. Anyway she asked why did I do that I explained I asked her again do I need to sign it she replied saying u dont need to reach over my counter I said it's not a big deal she said it is and repeated herself. I asked again if it needs signed she said no . I left it at that. Now im afraid she might do something to my pizza. Her name meahnie that was on the receipt. If I get treated like this again I won't ever come back and ill make sure others know how I was treated.
