  Started with worst unprofessional centralized order dept I have ever experienced. Should have just hung up then. Very unprofessional teenager on the phone that was more interested in joking and talking with coworkers than taking an order. When I got to my location had to wait several minutes before someone even came from the back to help. Only bright spot is they were friendly. Order was correct. But not hot enough. Taste not great.

  The service is terrible I have ordered 3 different times , my order 1st was extremely late the manger remade came to deliver himself , second time left food on ground at door luckily I went right away to door, 3 time extremely late order was cold and wrong items. Order today still waiting after a whole hour and they were not answering the phone ! routed calls to customer service. This has got to change! The customer should not be treated like this! Unacceptable!!!

  I ordered a white pizza with pesto sauce, cinni-minis, extra garlic sauce, and sodas. The only thing that was correct was the sodas. The pizza wasn't right, we only got 6 cinni-minis instead of 10 and they weren't iced, and they forgot the garlic sauce. I called and was given a $10 credit towards my next order and they resent the pizza with garlic sauce and icing for the minis. We got the icing and the sauce. The pizza had pesto on it this time but was made with red sauce instead of white sauce 🤦‍♀️ Throughout this whole ordeal, I was working with a girl named Riley. She was very understanding and we were able to work out a solution. I really appreciated her professionalism during a frustrating situation. I'm not sure what was going on with the kitchen tonight, but it wouldn't hurt to give that person some more support and/or training. I don't think I've ever had an order so messed up before. I'm giving 4 stars because Riley was incredibly helpful. Ya'll lucky you have her! My messed up pizzas for your viewing pleasure. I don't recommend getting a grilled chicken, garlic, pesto, and red sauce pizza 😬

  Disappointed is an understatement! The personal pizzas were unevenly made and overcooked in spots, one barely had toppings on half of it and wasn'tcut thoroughly. The breadsticks were dry and uncut as well. Overall quality was not what I expected, especially for the price.
