    Initially ordered through the JJ app for delivery, 30 minutes later, I called and asked and was told they still waiting on a driver. An hour later still no driver so I cancelled the order and got a refund. Apparently not learning my lesson, I ordered through doordash (I really wanted the chicken caesar wrap and I have dash pass). First driver showed up and left, second driver got there and was there for a few minutes before it showed they left as well. I cancelled that order because it had been 20+ minutes at that point and will not be getting a refund per doordash because they started making it. I did end up getting one of the orders through a doordash driver but the order was incorrect. Just super disappointing as a long time JJ fan.

    Music way too loud, and when we asked it to be turned down it got louder. Had to wait for mobile orders to be made before they got to our orders, which would have been fine if they had told us, but they made about 12 sandwiches while I stood there and watched and never once said "you can sit down if you'd like" or "it's going to be a couple of minutes". Please communicate better and get a stereo or speaker for the kitchen so they don't have to blare it in the dining room.

    Placed a to go order for 8 sandwiches to be delivered. It took almost an hour. Only received 7 sandwiches. I had to go pick up the missing sandwich. No apology and the guy handed me the sandwich like I was inconvenience to him.

    If you like a club feel when u are eating at jimmys this is the place to go, music so loud u can’t understand her and not very polite bonus it was not freaky fast!!!!!

    This is what $18 gets you at Jimmy John's. Man, really feeling like I got taken advantage on this one.. Obviously won't be trying here again. My favorite sub place starts with a J and ends with a Mike's and they would never do me like this.
