  We did a online phone app order to eat in store. ordered at 7:51 pm walked in at 7:52. We have had a similar experience previously. They said we are out of bread it will be 20 minutes worst than the previous experience of 15. Got back around 8:20 pm the sandwiches were made. I ordered our sandwiches with leave bread in cut in half. Our sandwiches came with bread taken out and not cut in half on 2/3 sandwiches. 1 sandwich the bread was burnt and I asked a worker if this was fresh bread and if I could have another. They just said it was fresh bread. They did not give any alternates to the burnt bread. The next thing was that the garbage can was sitting open next to the soda machine with the floor mats sitting on top of the garbage can. This is the second time we have came to this locations and they have said they were out of bread. Worst experience ever at a jimmy johns. Never returned to this location. Definitely wasn't freaky fast. And don't plan to return to this location. Photo of sandwich was of a burnt turkey tom ordered with leave bread in which was take out and had to ask for someone to cut it in half hard as a brick. I also gave feedback with the email after the order.

  I use to work at Jimmy John’s and I understand they play music but they didn’t play rap music so loud that you can’t even hear them talking to you. That’s the first problem, second, the service was terrible, three people working and not one of them acted like that chose to be there. Took over 15 minutes for 2 sandwiched and that’s only because they didn’t realize they had an order that came through while they weren’t paying attention. Place is a joke

  Consistently the slowest location ever. Ordered online knowing how bad it is and then got directed to pickup through the drive thru. Plan on a long wait at this location

  Placed an online order to be picked up ASAP, but the app couldn’t even confirm they received it. Even after 5-10 minutes after submitting the order via app, arrived on site to find the lobby is closed and they give different instructions at each door suggesting only open for Door Dash/Uber Eats? Multiple cars parked inline for 30 minutes without movement on any orders, no movement until about 40-55 minutes from submitting the online order. I was about up on my order and had to move on to another event. So much for Freaky Fast service. Recommending to avoid this JJ location.
