- KWKylie Wtoday1.0I’ve given this location THREE tries to be better. I understand being short staffed on certain days but slow service every single time is absurd. Today alone I placed a mobile order almost 10 minutes before even arriving and it’s not ready (by the time I got to the window it was almost 20 minutes past me ordering it). This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and I’ve went to Dunkin’s all over the states. I’ve also noticed that any 5 star review of this place is their staff posting reviews. Trust the low reviews.

There were two workers and it took several minutes for a lady to come over and greet me, but not before answering a call on her phone as she got to the register before helping me. I attempted to order a small hazelnut iced coffee. She clearly was primarily spanish speaking, repeated back “tiramisu latte?” and pointed at the menu. I said no, hazelnut please! She then pointed at the menu and said “1,2,3…?” like my only options were the 5 seasonal menu items. I again repeated my order. Then she just walked away 😍😍😍 So I went to Starbucks down the street!

The employees were very disrespectful and the lady that helped us she had a nose ring was laughing in our faces because of our accent and rolling her eyes. I told her ahe was rude and she laughed again and didn't care would never recommend this place very unprofessional. Once I told family who lives in Altoona they said oh that's why we never go because the people who work there are not professional.

The cup was blatantly damaged and they still attemped to put a lid on it and handed it to us. Whats worse is they even tried to explain to us how to hold a hot coffee cup like we are at fault and complete idiots.

I finally decided what I wanted hitch took me about 1 minute and I waited there for over 5 minutes so I left to Starbucks instead.
