I order a beef pizza with jalapeños on half and they did a half beef/ half jalapeño! How do you mess that up. Then on pick up the boy gets an attitude because we requested the packets of Parmesan and red pepper flakes that they have the nerve to charge for! Nasty food and awful service.

I still give 2 stars because I don't believe I should default to 1 for one bad experience when I have had many good experiences. However, the service left a bad taste in my mouth. The pizza I ordered came with no sauce. I called and the person who answered went to ask their manager what they wanted to do. The manager apparently said that they work closely with the person making the pizza and saw them put the sauce on it. I was told they don't put a crazy amount on but the cheese was stuck to the bread, no sauce in between, it was bone dry. So, the manager just didn't want to accept responsibility for their mistake. Definitely going to look for other options for awhile. I will say, my delivery driver, always a joy to see him. If you do order and you get Syrus, be sure to give him a tip, he works hard and always pleasant. He even showed up with a treat for my dog.

Of course they always have the same excuse. We just had a big order and we only have one driver. How about using common sense and just stop taking delivery orders that you can't make. Or don't make a pizza when you know you can't deliver it until 90 minutes later. Life is hard but it's really hard when you're stupid.
