  The store was unorganized, the employees were having trouble communicating with one another and getting orders out. There was an employee who was bagging up a Uber Eats order and he was cursing pretty loudly at the stickers while at the front counter. He was asked to watch his mouth and he responded, “You ain’t gonna fire me, I’m the best employee” he then continued to use profanity during our time in the store. The couple who ordered ahead of us was still waiting for their food while we were finishing ours.

  I appreciate them! The last few orders have been great. They make the food look like the pictures they advertise. I had a nightmare pickup order from a dine in restaurant tonight (Burger Shed in Altoona) and their food was crap. Arby’s was there to save the day when Burger Shed refused to pick up the phone. This Arby’s staff get a 5 star from me for giving a damn. It’s appreciated!

  The young man working at the window on Wednesday night was amazing. Honestly some of the best service I’ve gotten at a fast food place

  The staff was friendly. The wait was reasonable considering it was noon and the drive through was very busy. We ordered 2 meals, th drinks and curly fries were fine but the beef and cheddar was stone cold. The bun was not soft and warm like it usually is. I did not notify them because they were so busy.

  Just had such a great refreshing experience in the drive through than other ones ive had (in general). Billy was extremely polite but also super upbeat but not overly to the point of acting fake. The fact he is a young person surprised me but in such a good way. He is definitely a good one and I'd suggest paying him more to not lose him! Those kind of employees are few and far between these days it seems like. Especially it being a Friday night, his attitude was great! I hope the managers see this post to let Billy know hes doing great and his attitude does not go unnoticed! Keep it up! :)
