This location has absolutely zero standards for hygiene or customer service.
First, the food prep is disgusting. One of the guys working the line reached directly over my open bread, leaving his underarm hovering right over my sandwich. I should have made them throw it out and start over.
Second, the staff at the counter are completely checked out. The white woman with the black son was just hanging out on her phone at the register instead of paying attention. This seems to be a habit for her; the last time I came in, I actually had to force her to change her gloves because she was touching her hair while fixing sandwiches. Management seriously needs to step in and retrain this staff.
Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway—and honestly, at any fast-food restaurant.
From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, Brandy, the supervisor, and Brian, who took my order, were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Brian got my order exactly right the first time without me having to repeat myself, and everything was prepared perfectly.
What really made this visit special was the exceptional customer service. They were genuinely kind, made me feel so welcomed, and treated me like a valued guest. They even gave my dog, Ocean, the royal treatment, making him feel just as special as I did!
Fast, accurate, warm, and above and beyond in every way. If every restaurant had employees like Brandy and Brian, the world would be a much happier place. They deserve every bit of recognition for the amazing job they do. I’ll definitely be back!
Just picked up an order today, July 5th, around 10:45 AM, and had a really great experience. I ordered a footlong turkey sub and a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki.
I didn't catch the name of the woman who made my order, but she was incredibly friendly and genuinely nice while I waited. In a time when it's so easy to just default to delivery, interactions with people like her are exactly what make me prefer walking into a store to pick up my food.
The service was excellent, the food was made perfectly, and her positive attitude made my day. I will definitely be back to this location.
I ordered through Uber Eats and was disappointed with the experience. My sandwich was not properly sealed or wrapped, and there was no tamper-evident sticker despite it being a delivery order. This left me questioning whether my food had been handled after it left the restaurant.
To make matters worse, I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and received only 4 double chocolate cookies because the restaurant was apparently out of chocolate chip cookies. No one contacted me about the substitution, and when I tried calling the restaurant, no one answered the phone.
Mistakes happen, but food safety and communication are important. Receiving an unsealed order and an incorrect item replacement without notice is not the level of service I expected.

Absolutely the "worst" customer service! I went in today at 1100am and there were absolutely no customers. I ordered a tuna salad and the woman behind the counter (who during our conversations said I have been here for over 12 yrs) was absolutely rude. I was placing my order and asking for extra lettuce, spinach and she rattled off twice is that all. I replied no I was not finished and she said loudly tell me everything you want on it. Asked for crackers and she said we do not have crackers. Meanwhile, her child was running in the back of the restaurant. Then she popped off do you want 2, 3 or 4 scoops of tuna. I said 2 (not knowing the scoops were super super small) so I said could you add a 3rd. She said I already asked you. I asked if there was an issue or problem and she replied very kurt, no I'm just repeating what you said. As I was leaving she mumbled next time be polite. I replied Maybe if you spoke to me kindly I would. Certainly there are other Subways that will receive my business and that are kinder. Clearly there is an issue with her being rude as to other reviews posted.
