  New pan pizza delivered today was excellent. The address on my app was incorrect, I called and Papa John's manager made it right. Best service and food. I never have issues, this was a fluke. I should have checked the app, as I usually order from my laptop.

  I called to place a delivery order they told me I should get the food in 40min. An hour passed and nothing I called back and then they just said sorry and it would take another 30min till I got the food. I ended up waiting 2hours just to get a pizza.

  I have a Sequoyah track card that offers BOGO on any large or XL pizza for this location/trickum location, I have used it several times and it doesn't expire til 2021. I called and couldn't understand the woman that answered, she had no idea what i was talking about and said she couldn't do it for me. I told her i had used it 2 weeks ago when I called in, she tried to transfer me to a different store and said she had to have a store manager contact her to okay the deal. Then got put on hold, I thought while she waited on a manager to approve and then she says "have a good evening maam thank you." And hung up? It was so bizzare and frustrating and never got to order what I needed.
